Woman hit by golf ball during jogging

A Public Liability claim is a chance for recovery on the injuries and other damages against the golf course.

The news:
She jogged outside the golf course in Muar, Johor, with hubby and was hit by a bounced golf-ball coming from the course. It was reported that there was no proper fencing to protect the joggers which the joggers' path was built near to the course.
